First of all, Im not the creator of this blog. Im just a colaborator my name is Gerardo and Im a resident of internal medicine Cardiology. Ive read your comment and I found very interesting ideas. Thank you for writing. As I mentionet Im not the creator but I share the same point of view with the creator of this blog. As matter of fact, my first impresion was the same of you. Why in english? . But the idea is to reach more and more people. I would like spanish to be the most spoken languaje in the world but this is not and we most accept it. Also Right know every Medical student, Resident, attending physician In Mexico, or latinamerica most know the languaje because all information that is comming out every day is in english even more the Mexican medical journals are translated to english.

I like the idea of this blog because its a free forum of expresion. I like to post interestig or very common clinical cases attached to the clinical image because for me it do has importance. Some important knowledge in medicine comes from the clinical experience that includes watching, the “Clinical Eye” is very important thats why I like to post this kind of information.

The ideas you have are very interesting and the blog is open to every body who loves medicine. We want every body to read and participate I dont care If there are a million blogs in english. For me what is important is that this a hobby and is good to practice some writing in english.

    regards,

    Gerardo M.D.

    Salu2
