The basic needs of human beings are not only food, shelter and clothing but health care not only during illness but otherwise. The governments and the community spends a huge amount on training a doctor. It is therefore duty of a doctor to use his knowledge and skills for the welfare of the community. But in real life, as soon as one gets medical degree his or her attitude is changed. Mostly he or she use the community to make money sometimes unethically.
